We suggest that you bring the following equipment/items:
Access to power is limited, and only available on request.
This event is for community service providers & groups, not commercial businesses.
Unless authorised by the event management team, exhibitors are not permitted to:
- Prepare, cook or serve food
- Sell commercial products
- Play music
- Collect money
Use the designated area at the rear of the Doolan Brothers (See Site Map below)
Suggested parking is near the Southwest road entrance (see Site Map below)
Registration opens at 8:30am. On arrival, proceed to the Registration Desk near the Performance Stage (See Map). You will then be directed to your allocated exhibition space.
Those exhibitors that have booked a space for a display vehicle must deliver the vehicle prior to setup on the morning of the event (between 7:45-8:00am). You will not be able to move your vehicle until approximately 3:00pm.
Promotion of the Botany Community Day occurs in a variety of ways, including newspaper articles, various websites, radio ads, posters, email, facebook & word of mouth. We are grateful for the support of Botany Town Centre & their partners, for their valuable assistance with promoting the event.
